Tom Connors is SO damn good at his job.

He's like the Peyton Manning of local real estate. He is smart and honest and kind and reasonable and knowledgeable. We encountered every single imaginable obstacle as we tried selling our home and purchasing our dream home. Tom was always there with great advice. He kept us sane. He helped us manage our stress. We wouldn't have pulled off our move without him. By the end of the process, we thought of Tom as family. We love this guy. You should hire him.

I cannot highly recommend Tom enough!

Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Tom was extremely professional as well as personable. It is already stressful to buy where you want all of your criteria met and then add a pandemic to the mix. Tom is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Anytime there was a house we wanted to see Tom moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain our forever home and worked hard to make sure things like permits were obtained. I also love that the relationship has been maintained even after closing on our home. Being new to the area, it has been great to get recommendations for various contractors or the fact that he checks-in to see how my family and I are doing. Tom is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. You won’t regret it!

Tom Connors is the best of the best!

Not only is he an expert in real estate, but he is genuinely a good person. He was highly recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law who purchased their first home with Tom. Tom sold our home while helping us navigating a new build during this pandemic… Everything worked out seamlessly. We have bought and sold several houses in the past and Tom far exceeded our expectations.

Tom is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate business, from housing to finance.

It is a pleasure to work with someone who actually answered all your questions and gets back to you right away. Sold our house in the first week and helped us buy our new place with other offers on the table! Best ever experience!!

His advice and support throughout the entire sells cycle, from listing to closing, was invaluable. Tom explained everything in a pleasant, clear and concise manner. "Tom was incredibly consultative throughout the duration of our engagement. He listened to our early interests and provided market guidance that helped us familiarize ourselves with our desired location and the availability of type of home we were seeking. He accompanied us to an open house and was well-prepared and engaging during the tour by pointing out intricacies of the home in a very simple to understand manner. He periodically checked in with us over several months and arranged for showings when we expressed interest. We made an offer and Tom helped us navigate the process by presenting comps and detailed information about the home. While our offer was originally accepted, Tom guided us in our decision to withdraw from a competitive situation when a new entrant came forward with a stronger offer. He was empathetic and encouraging and within two weeks we were back in the market and found our dream home. Tom arranged for a last minute showing, coordinated having a builder join us for an additional professional opinion and remained deeply engaged in a difficult negotiation. He listened to our concerns and presented ideas to help us secure the home. He was a calming presence throughout, yet aggressive when we needed him to be during the final round of offers.
